We, at Rai Saheb Bhanwar Singh College, have a full-fledged Training and Placement Cell working towards the fulfillment of the student’s aspirations of having the best professional career.
The T&P Cell at RSB College is an outstanding initiative to provide a comprehensive array of services and support to its students that will assist them in their lifelong Career Development and Placement. The Cell acts as a central hub for the overall development of the students aiming for the final placement and is a storehouse of all the information and resources.
The Training and placement cell of The Rai Saheb Bhanwar Singh College aims at providing employability enhancement training activities and inviting recruiters to conduct campus placement drives. We consistently create awareness among the students on the changing trends in the industry and the different expectations of employers. The placement target of the Cell is the outgoing undergraduate students and postgraduate students. However, our focus is not merely on inviting companies to recruit our final-year students. We initiate placement training right from the first year through a compulsory employability skills course offered to all UG students. Besides, seminars by senior students and experts from corporate firms, and individual counseling activities by class counselors, are also initiated to orient students toward placement.
We encourage our students to appear for the campus as well as off-campus placement drives. Facilities are provided for online registrations for employment, and for attending interviews online. Special sessions are conducted for students aspiring for government jobs as well. It is heartening to note that, an increasing number of organizations select our students year after year. It is evident from the growing number of recruitments drive we host every year.
Campus Placement Processes are organized by different companies for providing job placements for students for that company’s contact T&P cell of Rai Saheb Bhanwar Singh College Nasrullaganj. We, T&P Cell, also invite companies every year. Wearrange all logistics & hospitality required at their best for the conduction of the selection process at the Institute with all required infrastructure.
T&P Cell fulfills the purpose for both sides; for students to secure their future careers and for the industry to secure the best fresh talents available in the region. Training programs like Soft & Professional Skills training in the Institute through experienced experts and programs to orient students about industry expectations are organized.
Additional Expert/Guest Lectures, Motivational & Guiding sessions, and training sessions to improve learning in the areas like Personality Development, Group Discussion, Aptitude Skills, and Presentation Skills.
Industrial Training and Internships are an integral part of the study to acknowledge them for real-world problems. Students are placed in various industries for 6 to 8 weeks and under the supervision and guidance of respective industry personnel.
Industry visits of the students with faculty members are organized to the relevant industries at various locations. It serves the objective of exposure to large-scale practical applications of theoretical aspects for the students.
Students prepare projects reflecting the needs and problems of the industry. Institute faculty interacts with industry and students for the successful implementation of such projects.
Apart from the above basic activities, the Training & Placement Cell continuously connects with Alumni present in all Industries for the benefit of students, Connects with Industries for Faculty Training, and plays a vital role in front of the Institute to build a brand in the market & Industry.
