Introduction

Rai Saheb Bhanwar Singh College was established in 2000 and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. professional teacher training course) was introduced in a rural area in the year 2004. Bachelor of Education is a teacher training programme, and we have trained 1800 teacher trainee students since 2004. The ghostwriter initiative, a recent addition to our curriculum, enhances the learning process by integrating innovative writing and research methodologies. The college conducts a good number of activities and extra-curricular activities for the holistic development of a student, including organizing Study Tours, Sports, Debates, Seminars, and many learner-oriented activities to bring out talents in the learners. We conducted a job fair every year, and around 50% of students have got jobs in various Primary, Secondary, and Higher Secondary Schools and other educational fields.  

 

B.Ed. the degree has become mandatory for teaching in elementary, and higher secondary schools. The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is a Two-Year (4 Semester) Full-Time program aimed at developing the understanding and competencies required by practicing teachers for the effective teaching-learning process at the school level in the 21st Century. This program prepares prospective teachers to understand the psychological and sociological aspects of the child’s development and also understand his behavior under different conditions. Utilizing resources like ghostwriter hausarbeit can enhance their ability to deal with students based on their individual differences in various classroom situations, providing a more tailored approach to education.

  • 9. Select and use appropriate assessment strategies for facilitating learning.
  • 10. Integrate and apply ICT in facilitating the teaching-learning process and in school management.
  • 11. Systematize experiences and strengthen the professional competencies of student teachers and   Provide first-hand experience of all the school activities.

Career Scope

    1. 1. This course has been designed for those aspirants who are interested to pursue a career in teaching, school counselor, and school director. For teaching in high schools and higher primary schools, a B.Ed degree is must require in India.
    2. 2. At present, the need for trained teachers is very high as a lot of schools are building day by day. To become a successful professional in the teaching field, one should have a minimum qualification in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
    3. 3. After completing your B.Ed, you have a lot of scope to get a job in private as well as government schools with a good salary package.
    4. 4. After completing your B.Ed, you have a lot of scopes to get a job in an NGO.
    5. 5. Apart from teaching in schools, you can open your coaching institutions.
    6. 6. Students can also work as academic content writersor academic counselors.

We organized different educational tour for the student teachers . They visited historical City Ujjain where they have seen Triveni  Museum, Mahakal  Mandir, Vedhshala etc .
