Cultural Committee

INTRODUCTION

The Cultural Committee is one of the most dedicated and innovative platforms the main purpose is to find the inner talent and capabilities. We provide plenty of opportunities for the students with wide range of departments to choose from what we provide. We are more focused on growing and learning than any other aspects. Social/cultural activities not only help students to identify the talent but also assist students to develop themselves in a desired field and improve skills such as organizational, presentation, leadership and interpersonal communication.

1. A cultural hall is provided to students for showcasing their talents.
2. Dressing rooms are provided to participants.
3. Transportation will be provided for all the students and faculty attending the event.
4. Provides disciplinary actions for security purpose.
5. Provides refreshments to participants.

Roles and Responsibilities of the committee members:

head of committee:

1. Head of Committee and faculty members shall discuss and decide the year plan for the events.
2. Head of Committee assigns responsibilities for faculty and students.
3. Head of Committee and members shall estimate the budget for an event to be conducted.
4. Head of Committee and faculty members coordinate with the students and conduct events.
5. Head of Committee solves the in disciplinary issues and takes necessary measures.

6. Head of Committee shall select and nominate few of the students members for the discipline committee.

1. Faculty member from each House shall collect the list of students interested to participate.
2. Faculty members shall shortlist the candidates during the selection process.
3. Faculty member from each House shall organize the programs with the help of student organizers.
4. Hospitality provided to the guests by the students shall be monitored by the faculty members.
5. Faculty members shall have continuous monitoring over the events conducted.
